Confirm Your Pregnancy

Cost-free limited obstetric ultrasounds so you can know for sure

Pregnancy testing and ultrasound services

A home pregnancy test is an indicator of pregnancy, but it is not a confirmation. An obstetric ultrasound can help determine:

  • the approximate age of your pregnancy

  • if the pregnancy is viable

  • whether prompt medical evaluation is needed for conditions such as a possible ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage

    abortion methods by trimester

  • if your pregnancy is developing under normal conditions

  • whether or not you are carrying a single fetus or multiples (depending on gestational age)

If you think you may be pregnant and have not had an ultrasound yet, contact us today.

Considering abortion?

If you have scheduled an abortion or considering the abortion pill, an ultrasound should be performed prior to a procedure or taking abortion pills. For your health and safety, talk to a medical professional about your health history and medications. An ultrasound can also help determine the cost and type of an abortion.

What do I need before my appointment?

Before an ultrasound can be scheduled, we will provide a pregnancy test at the center. If the test is positive, we can offer an ultrasound to confirm viability and how far along you are.

We understand the issues facing an unexpected or unsupported pregnancy and are committed to providing you with a warm, safe, and discreet place where you can talk through your options. We can answer questions about pregnancy, abortion, parenting, and your health. Contact us to get started today.

Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic is a free women's health clinic providing onsite pregnancy tests, ultrasound confirmation, and additional resources, services, and support. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Tennessee.

We provide limited OB ultrasounds to estimate how far along you are and assess whether the pregnancy appears to be viable and developing inside the uterus. An ectopic pregnancy (outside of the uterus) is a medical emergency which can be life threatening. Abortion pills do not treat ectopic pregnancies. We can help determine whether additional medical attention is needed for conditions such as a possible ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage.
